Contact
Tell us what needs attention.
Ask a question, flag a problem or request a correction. Include the relevant page link so we can understand the issue.
Choose the right topic
For a listing or review problem, send its link, the specific concern and what you believe needs correcting. Use the report button on the content when available.
For owner claims, verification, plans or billing, include the property link and a reference number if you have one. For privacy requests, tell us what you want to access, correct or remove.
Reporting an inaccurate listing
Include the property URL and identify the field that appears wrong—for example, the rent, available unit, contact number or photo. Explain how you know and when you last checked. If you represent the property, say what authority you have without attaching identity documents to the first message.
A report such as “the advertised second-floor unit was already occupied when I visited on 20 October” is easier to investigate than “this listing is fake.” Describe the facts you can support and avoid publishing somebody else’s contact details.
Getting help with an account
Use an email address you can access and state whether the problem concerns sign-in, email verification, a password reset or a device session. Include the time of the problem, your browser or device type and the error message with personal information removed.
If you think someone else has access, reset your password and review your sessions if you can still sign in. Never forward a password-reset link, authentication cookie or one-time code to support. We do not need your password to investigate a problem.
Owner, plan and payment questions
Provide the property link, plan or feature name, payment date, amount and transaction reference where relevant. Tell us whether the payment page failed, a payment appears pending or the expected feature has not become available. Keep card numbers and banking credentials out of the message.
A successful bank notification and an updated platform status are separate events. Avoid making a second payment merely to retry a page; first check the status and contact support with the existing reference. A support enquiry does not itself approve a refund or cancel a plan.
A useful message format
You can copy this structure into the message field:
- Page or property link: the exact URL involved.
- What I was trying to do: a short description of the task.
- What happened: the result or visible error, including when it occurred.
- What I expected or need checked: the specific correction or help requested.
- Safe reference: a review ID or transaction reference, if relevant; no passwords or sensitive documents.
Following up on a request
If we reply, continue in the same email conversation so the context stays together. If you have not received a response, check the address you supplied and your spam folder before resubmitting. Include the original date and relevant new information in any follow-up.
Support capacity and delivery can vary. We do not promise a fixed turnaround, continuous monitoring or an outcome before the facts have been reviewed. For a problem on an external payment or email service, you may also need to use that provider’s support channel.
Before you send
Please do not include passwords, one-time codes, full card details or identity documents in this form. If supporting documents are needed, ask for the appropriate private submission route.
The form queues a message to the site inbox. A confirmation means the request was accepted for delivery; it does not guarantee delivery or a response time. Keep a copy of your message if it is important.
What we can help with
We can review platform content, account issues and questions about BariViews features. Rental availability, viewing arrangements and tenancy terms should be confirmed with the authorised owner or agent.
This form is not monitored as an emergency service and is not a way to make a rent or deposit payment. For an immediate danger, use an appropriate local emergency channel.
